Autumn Equinox Family Gathering

Step away from busy fall schedules to get outside and celebrate the start of Autumn with River & Laurel Nature Programs. This is our first offering as a new program in Columbia County, and we are excited to partner with Pump House Weddings and Bed & Breakfast.

River & Laurel Nature classes are designed to bring families together in nature. While activities offering during this class are catered towards ages 2-6 years old, we welcome participants of all ages! The afternoon will be filled with unstructured nature play, curated nature play spaces, seasonal songs, and we'll conclude with a lantern walk to welcome in the fall. Families should feel free to stay for as long or as little as they can.

Our general rhythm includes:

2 pm Welcome & unstructured play

2:45 pm Gathering circle with seasonal songs

3 pm Lantern making
